OneStopGigs is a remote freelance platform connecting clients with freelance talent for personal and business virtual tasks.

How does payment work?

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can pay in any currency supported by Stripe, but all payments are processed in US Dollars.

Is there a service fee?

Yes, you will discuss scope of work and payment amount with our experts. For each transaction, our platform receives a service fee deducted from your payment to the expert.

What kind of help can I ask for on the platform?

Our platform specializes in virtual gigs only. So you cannot post gigs that require physical help (e.g. coming to your home or place of business to perform physical work). Completion of work must be delivered only virtually. In addition, all work performed must be legal and not infringe on copyright or intellectual property laws. We are continuously evaluating our service catalogue to ensure the full suite of specialty categories offered on our platform suit customer needs. If you need help in an expertise area not currently available, please suggest new categories here for us to consider adding to the platform.

Are your experts qualified?

Experts are selected through a rigorous process to ensure they have the academic background or work experience to perform gigs in their respective specialty areas. We also regularly evaluate experts' performance based on customer ratings to ensure the quality of work continues to be up to expectations.

Can I post large scale projects on the platform?

While there is no maximum cap that we impose on project size and payment for each gig, we highly encourage you to segment bigger projects into more granular tasks. This would help to mitigate performance risks. If the negotiated payment amounts exceed pre-determined thresholds, our platform will review scope of work first before experts start working.

What if I am not satisfied with the work performed?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with the work completed by our experts, you can initiate a refund request process as stipulated in the Client Terms and Conditions. All disputes will be handled in accordance with contract law as deemed appropriate.
